June 4th ! was my dad's 53rd birthday and I've had decided to bake cupcakes as pressie for him. It was planned just about a week before his big day. Got all the ingredients during the last weekend and studied the recipe online for more than 2 nights. LOL. Thank god the recipe has video of it!. hehe

It was such a messy work but its all worth ! Had fun baking cupcakes on my own for the first time, with the help of my brother ofcause.

After baking the cupcakes, I've set them aside to cool down on a tray before moving on to make the fluffy icing.
